Our role varies by project. It may include creative direction, concept development, spatial visualization, technical design, system specification, custom engineering, integration, commissioning, and support. Each case study should clearly identify our scope, collaborators, and the work delivered.

Yes. Every project begins with the architecture, viewing conditions, audience, operating needs, and creative objectives. We then develop a tailored solution, selecting or engineering technology to fit the environment rather than shaping the concept around an off-the-shelf product.
How does ExtraPRO take a project from concept to completion?
ExtraPRO connects creative development with technical delivery. Depending on the scope, our process can include discovery, site study, storyboarding, visualization, system design, engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, installation, commissioning, training, and ongoing support.
Can ExtraPRO develop content for custom LED displays?
Yes. ExtraPRO leads creative direction and content integration, working with specialist content studios when required. Motion graphics, 3D animation, anamorphic content, and immersive visuals are developed around the display geometry, architecture, viewing position, and intended audience.
Can ExtraPRO deliver projects internationally?
Yes. ExtraPRO has teams in Hong Kong and the Philippines, supported by Trust Fall Technology Group in Las Vegas. This structure allows us to support projects across Asia-Pacific and North America while combining local coordination with international design and technical experience.
Can ExtraPRO create something similar for my property?
Yes, but the goal is not to duplicate an existing installation. We use relevant project experience as a starting point, then develop an original concept around your architecture, brand, audience, budget, operating model, and long-term requirements.
