INTEGRATING 3D TECHNOLOGY INTO ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

ExtraPRO by Trustfall collaborated with Arianzo Realty Development Corp to transform the Arianzo Hotel into a striking digital landmark in Cebu, Philippines. The project centered on a 220-square-meter P5 LED media façade, which seamlessly blended cutting-edge technology with the building’s architectural design. The goal was to create an immersive, visually compelling experience while also introducing a high-visibility advertising platform that could drive continuous revenue for the client.

The design presented several technical challenges, particularly in integrating the large-scale LED display into the hotel’s façade without compromising accessibility for maintenance. In addition, the display had to withstand exposure to direct sunlight and maintain visibility from both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Urban constraints, such as overhead wiring and limited installation angles, required precise planning to optimize visibility while maintaining the hotel’s architectural integrity.

To overcome these challenges, we chose high-resolution, high-brightness outdoor LED panels, optimized for visibility in direct sunlight and capable of delivering consistent performance around the clock. The system was equipped with upgraded chipsets and built-in redundancies to enhance durability, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The façade design also prioritized accessibility, with both front and rear access points for effortless module replacement, minimizing disruption to hotel operations. Strategic screen placement was essential, carefully positioned to avoid obstructions from overhead wiring while integrating seamlessly with the building’s architectural lines.

This dynamic display not only enhances the hotel’s brand presence but also offers new opportunities for digital storytelling and advertising revenue. With its strategic placement and modular design, the façade promises long-term reliability, easy maintenance, and a lasting impact, establishing the Arianzo Hotel as a digital landmark in the urban landscape.
