Bring Every Fan
Closer to the Action

ExtraPRO designs and integrates LED displays, scoreboards, digital signage, broadcast, audio, and control systems for stadiums, arenas, fan zones, and outdoor venues. Every system is planned around the audience, the production team, and the demands of live operation.

One Venue. Thousands of Moments to Get Right.

The action may be on the field, but the experience reaches far beyond it. Fans need clear views, timely information, simple wayfinding, and content that keeps the energy moving from arrival through the final whistle.

ExtraPRO connects venue-wide LED, scoring, broadcast, audio, sponsor media, and show control around the way the building actually operates. We plan for full crowds, changing weather, fast turnarounds, and the reality that everything has to work when the gates open.

Connected Technology
Across the Entire Venue

A scoreboard is only one part of the experience. Entrances, concourses, premium spaces, sponsor inventory, production systems, and outdoor gathering areas should work together from the first arrival through the final replay.

  • Ballpark video scoreboard showing live player stats at sunset

    Stadium Scoreboards and Bowl Displays

The main display has to do more than show the score. We design center-hung displays, end-zone video boards, ribbon LED, fascia displays, and perimeter systems for live video, replay, statistics, sponsor content, and crowd moments. Every display is planned around sightlines, camera performance, brightness, structure, service access, and the production workflow behind it.

  • Ribbon LED display with sponsor content circling a stadium bowl

Concourse Digital Signage and Sponsor Media

The experience does not stop when fans leave their seats. Connected displays across entrances, concourses, clubs, suites, concessions, and retail keep people informed and make the entire venue easier to navigate. These same screens create flexible media inventory for sponsors, venue partners, promotions, upcoming events, and non-game-day programming.

  • Live event production set with LED stage and championship belt

Live Production, Broadcast, and Venue Control

A replay, scoring update, sponsor takeover, or crowd sequence should not require multiple disconnected workflows. We connect live feeds, scoring data, graphics, LED playback, audio, lighting, and show control around the production team. Operators can trigger coordinated moments quickly while maintaining the flexibility to support games, concerts, esports, and other live events.

  • Outdoor ballpark scoreboard and LED displays against the city skyline

    Outdoor LED and Fan-Zone Technology

Outdoor displays must stay visible in full sun and dependable through heat, rain, dust, wind, and long operating hours. We engineer entrance displays, plaza screens, outdoor scoreboards, and fan-zone systems around the conditions of the site. Sightlines, weather protection, power, processing, service access, and event programming are planned together so the technology remains usable throughout the year.

When the Gates Open,
Everything Has to Work

There is no pause button on a live event. ExtraPRO plans the displays, infrastructure, controls, operating workflow, and ongoing support around what the venue team will face when the crowd is in, the content is live, and the schedule cannot move.

  • Built for Live Operation

A powerful system is only valuable if the production team can operate it quickly and confidently. We plan around real game-day cues, staffing, camera requirements, signal paths, service access, and recovery procedures. The complete workflow is tested before the first live event so the team knows exactly how the system will respond under pressure.

  • One Plan Across the Venue

Scoreboards, ribbon displays, concourse media, scoring, broadcast, audio, lighting, and sponsor content cannot become separate projects.

We coordinate the technology, infrastructure, content requirements, installation, and commissioning through one connected plan. That keeps every team aligned and prevents unresolved details from reaching opening day.

  • Support After Opening Day

Opening day is the beginning of the system’s operating life. We provide staff training, documentation, spare parts planning, troubleshooting, maintenance, programming support, and future system upgrades. The venue gets a long-term technology partner who understands how the system was designed and how it needs to perform season after season.

FEATURED PROJECTS

Built for the Way
Fans Watch

From a global esports championship to a Las Vegas sportsbook carrying multiple games at once, every system is planned around the audience, the operators, and the screens bringing the action to life.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modern sports stadium needs more than a large scoreboard. Its audiovisual system can include LED video boards, scoring and statistics, ribbon and perimeter displays, concourse signage, broadcast cameras, replay systems, audio, lighting, content management, and venue control. These systems should be designed around fan sightlines, production workflows, sponsor inventory, safety messaging, and the venue’s broader event calendar. The goal is one coordinated platform that the team can operate confidently during games, concerts, esports, and other live events.

The cost depends on the display size, pixel pitch, brightness, structure, viewing distance, scoring requirements, processing, power, data, installation access, commissioning, and ongoing support. A panel price or cost per square foot does not represent the complete project. A useful estimate should include the LED system, structural engineering, mounting, controls, production integration, installation, testing, training, spare parts, and maintenance planning. A site review and operational brief are required before an accurate budget can be developed.

The right pixel pitch depends on the closest viewing distance, screen dimensions, camera use, content detail, and viewing angle.

A center-hung scoreboard or close-view premium area may require a tighter pixel pitch than a ribbon display, perimeter board, or exterior screen viewed from farther away. The smallest pixel pitch is not automatically the best specification. Image quality must be balanced with brightness, broadcast performance, structural load, power consumption, serviceability, and budget.

Outdoor stadium LED displays use high-brightness components, sealed cabinets, thermal management, corrosion-resistant materials, protected power and data connections, and planned service access. The correct specification depends on the site’s sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, wind, dust, salt exposure, and operating schedule. An IP rating is important, but it does not guarantee a dependable installation by itself. Structure, ventilation, drainage, power protection, maintenance access, and spare-parts planning also affect long-term performance.

Yes. A unified venue control system can coordinate scoreboards, replay, ribbon displays, sponsor content, concourse screens, audio, lighting, scoring data, and other game-day elements. Operators can trigger a replay, scoring update, sponsor takeover, audio cue, and lighting change through coordinated workflows instead of managing each system separately. The design should also include user permissions, backup signal paths, manual overrides, and recovery procedures so the venue can remain operational if part of the system experiences a problem.

Digital signage creates flexible sponsor inventory across scoreboards, ribbon displays, entrances, concourses, clubs, suites, concessions, and outdoor fan zones.

Content can be scheduled by screen, location, event, audience, or time of day, allowing the venue to build more relevant sponsorship packages. Synchronized takeovers and branded game-day moments can also create premium opportunities beyond static advertising. The strongest results come when the display network, content plan, proof-of-play reporting, and commercial strategy are developed together.
