An Empty Hall.
An Esports Arena in 72 Hours.
June 2026 | Las Vegas
BUILD THE ARENA IN UNDER THREE DAYS, THEN RUN IT WITHOUT FALLING BEHIND
For EVO 2026, Trust Fall Technology Group—ExtraPRO’s North American delivery team—transformed the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center into a live esports arena in under 72 hours. The three-day championship was designed for tens of thousands of fans in the room and a global streaming audience watching every match.
Eleven months of planning aligned LED, lighting, audio, rigging, scoring, production, and broadcast requirements before the first truck arrived. Nearly 300 crew members then completed 14 LED wall builds, 336 rigging points, 860 lighting fixtures, and 2,852 LED cabinets on the accelerated schedule.
The environment supported eight tournament stages, a dedicated watch-party stage, and a ribbon display across a total pixel count of more than 77.5 million. Every screen was selected and tuned for both the room and the camera, while the audio system was designed to carry the energy of live competition without compromising commentary or broadcast production.
EVO 2026 delivered 25 concurrent streams, approximately 211 hours of airtime, more than 811,000 hours watched, and a peak concurrent audience of 34,137. It also marked the team’s fifth consecutive year supporting EVO, extending a production relationship built around repeatable planning and dependable live execution.
