An immersive brand activation turns a campaign or brand story into an environment people can enter and experience. It may combine custom LED, spatial content, interactive media, lighting, audio, fabrication, and show control. The goal is not to add technology for effect. It is to create a memorable physical experience that gives people a reason to stop, participate, and share.
The Technology Should Serve the Idea
People should remember what the experience made them feel, not the equipment used to create it. ExtraPRO turns campaign ideas, launches, pop-ups, and permanent brand spaces into physical environments where content, architecture, and interaction feel like one experience.
We work with brands, agencies, designers, and producers from early visualization through engineering, fabrication, programming, installation, and show support. That keeps the original idea intact while making sure the experience can actually be built, operated, and repeated.

How the Experience
Comes to Life
A memorable activation is rarely one screen or one effect. It is the way the environment, content, sound, light, and interaction work together around one clear idea.
-
Immersive LED and Media Environments
Custom LED can become part of the room instead of simply sitting inside it. We design curved walls, ceilings, columns, portals, stages, and other large-format media surfaces around the audience path and the architecture of the space. Every canvas is planned together with its content, processing, sightlines, service access, and operating requirements.
-
Custom Fabrication and Architectural Integration
When an idea cannot be built from standard parts, we engineer the missing pieces. ExtraPRO develops custom frames, enclosures, scenic elements, mounting systems, finishes, and media structures that allow the technology to fit the concept.
We coordinate with architects, fabricators, agencies, and production teams so the installation feels intentional from every angle.
-
3D, Anamorphic, and Spatial Content
Content should be designed for the physical canvas, viewing angle, and way people approach the experience. Our studio develops 2D, 3D, anamorphic, ambient, and real-time media that uses the display and surrounding architecture as part of the story.
Previsualization allows the team to review scale, perspective, timing, and brand accuracy before the content reaches the site.
-
Interactive Media and Show Control
Interaction gives people a reason to stop, participate, and share. We connect sensors, cameras, touch, tracking, audio, lighting, content, and show control so the experience can respond to movement, choice, or live cues. The technology stays behind the scenes while the audience experiences something that feels immediate and natural.
The Idea Stays Intact
All the Way Through
Brand activations bring together agencies, designers, fabricators, content teams, technology partners, and onsite crews. ExtraPRO connects those pieces through one technical plan so the experience delivered on site still feels like the idea everyone approved.
-
We Start With the Experience
Before specifying technology, we define what people should see, feel, do, and remember. That shapes the media surfaces, interaction, content, lighting, audio, and operating logic. The solution comes from the idea, not from a predetermined product list.
-
Proven Before It Reaches the Site
Previsualization, 3D models, engineering, mockups, content tests, and programming allow the team to understand how the activation will behave before production begins. This catches issues with scale, sightlines, structure, content, and interaction while there is still time to solve them. Installation becomes the execution of an approved plan instead of experimentation on site.
-
One Team Through Launch
ExtraPRO coordinates design, engineering, custom fabrication, content, integration, programming, installation, and commissioning. Agencies and brand teams get one accountable technical partner instead of multiple vendors protecting separate scopes. The creative direction stays consistent from the first review through the public launch.

Manila, PhilippinesLaVie Casino Grand Lobby
Manila, Philippines · LaVie Casino Grand LobbyExtraPRO developed the creative experience and more than four minutes of original spatial content for LaVie Casino Manila’s towering lobby columns.
Completed in eight weeks, the work moved from storyboarding and animatics through onsite installation. Every sequence was shaped around the columns’ scale, resolution, and multiple viewing angles, transforming the arrival into a changing visual story built specifically for the space.

Frequently Asked Questions
The right technology depends on the story, the audience, the space, and what people should be able to do. Common systems include custom LED displays, 2D and 3D content, cameras, sensors, motion tracking, touch interfaces, lighting, audio, media servers, and show control. ExtraPRO plans the content, hardware, structure, and controls as one connected system so the experience feels natural rather than technology-heavy.
3D anamorphic content uses forced perspective to create the illusion that objects are extending beyond the screen. The content is developed around the exact dimensions, geometry, pixel map, viewing position, and surroundings of the LED display. It does not always require a special type of LED, but the display and content must be planned together. The strongest results come from designing the illusion around how people will actually approach and view the installation.
An experiential technology partner should be involved during concept development or schematic design. Early coordination allows the team to plan media surfaces, structure, power, data, sightlines, content, service access, and controls before the architecture and fabrication are locked. This protects the creative idea, reduces expensive changes later, and gives every contributor a clearer path from the approved concept to the finished experience.
The cost depends on the size of the experience, location, duration, content requirements, custom fabrication, LED systems, interactivity, installation, and ongoing support. A temporary pop-up has a different cost structure from a permanent immersive environment or touring activation. ExtraPRO begins with the audience, objective, site, and operating requirements, then develops a scope that shows where customization creates value and where simpler solutions make more sense.
Success should be measured against the original objective. Useful metrics can include foot traffic, dwell time, participation, product interactions, leads captured, QR scans, social sharing, media coverage, content created by visitors, and post-event conversions. The measurement plan should be defined before the technology is designed. This allows sensors, interactive systems, content prompts, and data collection points to be built into the experience from the beginning.
