CREATING A TECH-SAVVY SUPPER CLUB AT SOLAIRE NORTH
Solaire Resort’s Quezon Club, the flagship supper club and entertainment venue at Solaire North, was designed to be a refined and culturally immersive space where cutting-edge technology quietly merges with elegance. The club was envisioned as a premium destination that reveals its technological artistry only when the experience calls for it, blending Art Deco with Modern Filipino design to create a space that is both visually captivating and seamlessly adaptable for various events.
The challenge was to create a venue where technology—ranging from video and lighting to audio—remained invisible when not in use, yet elevated the experience when activated. Our approach was to design an integrated, immersive environment that could transition effortlessly between intimate, ambient settings and high-energy live performances. The system needed to be intuitive and operated by a small, efficient team, ensuring streamlined control over the venue’s dynamic capabilities.
The design process began with several months of conceptual development using Unreal Engine to visualize the space in full scale, allowing us to explore the integration of lighting, spatial dynamics, and content before construction. Once the vision was set, the production phase brought it to life through several key features: a custom-fabricated mirrored LED video wall that transforms the stage backdrop from a subtle, reflective surface to a dynamic, animated canvas; a concealed lighting system embedded within the ceiling architecture to support both performance and ambiance; and a Meyer Sound audio system designed to deliver crystal-clear, high-impact sound throughout the venue, from intimate jazz sets to high-energy DJ nights.
All technological elements—video, lighting, and audio—were integrated into a centralized control system, making it easy for operators to manage the venue’s complex features. The system was built for future scalability, ensuring that the club could evolve with changing content and event needs. From initial concept to final handoff, the entire process was carefully managed, ensuring a flawless, turnkey delivery with ongoing support and content updates.
Now, the Quezon Club stands as a truly one-of-a-kind venue, where technology enhances every moment, yet remains invisible when not in use. Its seamless integration of design and technology offers a premium, immersive experience, setting a new standard for high-end entertainment spaces that continuously evolve to engage and inspire.
