TURNING EXISTING SIGN STRUCTURES INTO A COORDINATED DIGITAL PLATFORM
ExtraPRO transformed five existing billboard frames at NCCC Buhangin into a coordinated outdoor LED system built for changing campaigns. The installation spans 264 square meters, carries 2.43 million pixels, and uses IP65-rated displays engineered for Davao’s climate and strong daylight.
Rather than rebuilding the frontage, the team designed around the original sign locations. Every display was mapped to the existing architecture while power, fiber, signal distribution, service access, and control were planned as one operating system across all five zones.
Outdoor visibility was critical. The LED specification, positioning, and calibration were selected to keep campaign media clear through changing daylight conditions while supporting reliable long-term operation. Testing, commissioning, and operator training completed the transition from static signage to a working digital media platform.
The result gives NCCC a permanent canvas for campaigns, events, tenants, and property messaging without replacing printed materials or rebuilding the facade for every change. Five separate sign locations now work as one coordinated digital system.
