Digital Experiences
Built Into the Destination

ExtraPRO designs LED displays, digital signage, content, and control systems for shopping centers and mixed-use developments. From the facade to the storefront, every installation is shaped around the architecture and how people move through the property.

One Property. Many Jobs to Do.

A mixed-use destination has to attract attention, guide visitors, support tenants, create media opportunities, and remain simple to operate. These needs should not be planned as separate systems.

ExtraPRO connects exterior media, architectural LED, retail signage, wayfinding, content, and controls into one clear plan for the property. The technology feels native to the space and remains practical for the teams who operate it every day.

Technology Built
Around the Property

Every part of a mixed-use destination asks something different from technology. We plan each display around its purpose, then connect the content, controls, and support behind it.

  • Shopping mall facade with large LED displays at dusk

    Landmark Facades and Arrival Media

Large-format LED and media facades create visibility before visitors reach the entrance. We plan each system around the architecture, viewing distance, daylight, traffic, content, structure, and service access.

  • Transparent LED butterflies on a glass storefront in a shopping arcade

    Architectural LED and Transparent Displays

Curved displays, columns, ceilings, atriums, and transparent LED can become part of the architecture itself. Every installation is coordinated around the finishes, sightlines, viewing distance, and maintenance requirements of the space.

  • Fashion storefront with a full-height LED display beside the merchandise

    Retail Media and Tenant Experiences

Storefront displays, promotional media, event canvases, and brand activations give tenants and marketing teams more ways to communicate. Each location is planned around its audience, content, and role within the property.

  • Mall atrium with suspended media installation and illuminated displays

    Connected Signage, Content, and Control

Wayfinding, directories, parking information, promotions, tenant messaging, and property updates can operate through one coordinated content workflow. Teams can manage media across the destination without treating every screen as a separate system.

The Property Is Connected.
The Planning Should Be Too.

Mixed-use technology affects architecture, marketing, leasing, operations, IT, and facilities. ExtraPRO brings those requirements together before they become separate problems on site.

  • Planned Around the Property

Sightlines, traffic patterns, tenant zones, content, power, structure, and service access all shape the right solution. We define what each area needs to accomplish before selecting the technology. This helps the media feel intentional instead of added after the architecture is finished.

  • One Team From Concept to Launch

ExtraPRO coordinates design, engineering, fabrication, installation, content, controls, testing, and commissioning. This keeps responsibilities clear and the original vision connected throughout the project. The property team has one accountable partner from the first drawing through final turnover.

  • Ready for Daily Operation

The system still has to work after opening day. We plan content workflows, staff controls, maintenance access, monitoring, spare parts, training, and support around the teams responsible for the property. That makes the technology easier to manage, maintain, and adapt as the destination evolves.

Built Across the U.S.
and Southeast Asia

From a multi-screen shopping-center facade in the Philippines to fine-pitch displays inside a U.S. headquarters, every system is shaped around its environment, audience, and daily use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Digital signage can support arrival media, tenant advertising, wayfinding, events, public information, branded content, and immersive experiences throughout a property. Outdoor LED works well for facades and long-distance visibility. Fine-pitch LED is better suited to close indoor viewing, while transparent LED can introduce digital content across glass without completely blocking the architecture. The strongest properties connect these applications through one content and control strategy.

The cost of a commercial LED video wall depends on its dimensions, pixel pitch, brightness, indoor or outdoor rating, structural requirements, processing, installation access, content system, and ongoing support. Comparing LED panels alone does not provide an accurate project budget. The estimate should account for the complete operating system, including structure, power, data, controls, installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance. A site review and content brief are usually the fastest way to establish a realistic budget.

The right pixel pitch depends primarily on the closest viewing distance, screen size, content detail, and viewing angle. Fine-pitch LED is typically used in lobbies, storefronts, retail interiors, and other areas where people will stand close to the display. Larger pixel pitches may be appropriate for atriums, high-mounted installations, or screens viewed from farther away. The tightest pixel pitch is not automatically the best choice. Image quality, brightness, service access, and budget should all be considered.

Transparent LED is a display technology that presents digital content across glass while preserving some visibility, daylight, and sightlines through the installation.

It works well for storefronts, atriums, lobbies, and glass facades where a conventional screen would conceal merchandise or compete with the architecture. Transparency, brightness, pixel pitch, viewing distance, and mounting depth must be evaluated together because greater transparency can reduce pixel density and image detail.

Yes. A properly designed digital signage content management system can schedule and update promotions, tenant messages, directories, wayfinding, events, and property information across multiple screens and zones.

Different permissions can be assigned so the property team controls the network while approved tenants or departments manage specific content. Media players, network security, monitoring, emergency messaging, and fallback playback should be planned before installation so the system remains manageable as the property grows.

An outdoor LED facade requires early planning around structure, wind loading, brightness, weather protection, power, data, heat, drainage, installation access, permits, viewing angles, content dimensions, and future maintenance. The display should be treated as part of the building rather than equipment added at the end. Early coordination between the developer, architect, structural engineer, electrical team, content team, and technology integrator helps prevent redesign, protects the architecture, and produces a cleaner installation.
