We began the creative process with mood boards and style frames to align on thematic direction and visual tone. The content was tailored to the client’s branding and game types, including a variety of animated themes and AR layers such as themed XR backdrops, AR pop-ups, win indicators, and leaderboard overlays. Each visual element was meticulously designed to optimize the viewing experience for both the fixed camera setup and the roaming camera, ensuring clarity and visual cohesion across all angles.

In the production phase, our team set up a dedicated LED XR volume, which included two perpendicular LED walls, an interactive LED floor, and camera-tracked AR integration. The XR environment was calibrated to perfection, ensuring accurate reflections, seamless parallax effects, and unobtrusive composition with live talent. The AR cues were synchronized with the game logic, presenter cues, and the live wheel, creating a fluid and responsive integration of real-time visuals. With continuous testing and on-the-fly adjustments, we achieved final sign-off within the project’s tight six-week timeline.
