Giulio Scatola
Creative Director & Choreographer

An Internationally recognized Dancer, Singer & Actor, Giulio has been directing and choreographing shows since 2004. Among his clients we can name: Stage Entertainment, the PACHA group, Cirque du Soleil, Clear Channel and Dolly Parton Productions.

From 2008 to 2012, Giulio was the Artistic Specialist and Casting Advisor for Cirque du Soleil (encompassing 12 shows). His creations have been in various US and European resident shows and Resorts as well as TV programs such as SYTYCD, America’s and Britain’s Got Talent..

Most recently Giulio was the Creative Director and Choreographer for the largest integrated Resort in the world, Okada Manila.

Cindy White
Creative Director

Based in Orlando, Florida, conceptual illustrator Cindy White is a 16-year veteran designer with the Walt Disney Company. She has done set design, illustration, created walk-through events and entertainment venues and set creative direction for Universal Studios, Radio City Music Hall and more as well as art directed three Superbowl halftime shows (XVII, XXV, and XXXI).

Jeffrey M. Revels
Director & Playwright

Jeffrey M. Revels was the Orlando Repertory Theatre Artistic Director until 2014, directing multiple productions, and winning multiple accolades for his work, including: the 2006 Distinguished Career in Theatre Arts, four time Arts Educator of the Year, two-time Wave of Women Playwrights Award, the 50/50 Applause Award, besides winning the Disney Helping Kids Shine Grant seven years in a row. In 2013, Jeffrey wrote for Glorioso, the massive Brazil holiday production.

Joe Alfuso
Musical Producer

In the 25 years Joe Alfuso has worked with Disney, he has composed and produced hundreds of musical scores for Disney properties. He has musical contributions to movies such as The Perfect Storm,

How The Grinch Stole Christmas and has also composed for, conducted & recorded a number of international symphony orchestras including the London Symphony.

He has also arranged and conducted music for artists Dionne Warwick, Betty White, Michael Feinstein, Arturo Sandoval, Toni Braxton, Kathy Lee Gifford & Peabo Bryson.

Stephen Skorija
Musical Director

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon and Duquesne University, Stephen Skorija is the Principal Music Director & Producer for Walt Disney World and has worked on shows for Tokyo Disneyland and the Disney Cruise Line, has directed the Disney Hong Kong and Paris Opening Ceremonies, produced for such massive productions as the Brazilian Glorioso as well as the Super Bowl Halftime shows.

John Haupt
Show Producer

John R. Haupt is a Scenic Design and Technical Production Specialist who was the Senior Designer for what is now Walt Disney Imagineers.

Over 15 years John designed upwards of 300 productions for Walt Disney World, and also was Managing Producer for Millenium.

John has managed and designed for Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Disney Cruise Lines and Animal Planet.

Evan Blooms
Special Live Events Director

Evan Bloom is a Lighting and Production Designer based out of Las Vegas. He has 18 years of experience in corporate, touring, activations, festivals, nightlife and live event production. Some of his notable clients/events have included Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix, The Chainsmokers, Doritos, PRG Live, Superbowl 49, Raytheon, Ultra Music Festival, Wynn Las Vegas and Tao Group Las Vegas

Jeff Ravitz
Lighting Designer

Jeff Ravitz was awarded a Primetime Emmy® for his lighting design of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band on HBO, and was previously nominated for Cher, Live at the Mirage. He has also received ten regional Emmys and four Telly Awards for television designs.

Well-known for years as Bruce Springsteen’s lighting designer, Jeff has since forged a reputation for transforming live entertainment performances and arena extravaganzas into exciting, but also broadcast-proper, television shows. He is one of the busiest TV designers, creating lighting for awards shows, live televised spectaculars, concerts, game and talk shows, comedy specials, fashion, operas, ice show broadcasts, and studio-based TV productions. A sampling of his shows and broadcasts includes those for Springsteen, Kevin Hart, John Fogerty, Kristen Chenoweth, Il Volo, CeeLo, Dave Chappelle, Bill Maher, Wanda Sykes, Jimmy Buffett, Styx, Game Show Network and Comedy Central. One of the largest spectaculars Jeff has designed was the fabled and colossal Christmas pageant, Glorioso, broadcast live from Manaus, Brazil.

In 2010, Jeff was the lighting director for the Vancouver Olympics nightly Whistler Plaza medals ceremonies and concerts, which were broadcast internationally.

Jeff frequently consults on the conversion of other designers’ stage lighting into television-proper designs, with the goal of retaining the creative qualities of the original show. Examples include broadcasts for Journey, Rush, Carrie Underwood and several PBS specials from the Minnesota Opera.

Film audiences saw Jeff’s work in Jonathan Demme’s remake of The Manchurian Candidate, for which Jeff designed specialty lighting. Other film work includes Paramount’s concert documentary, Heart of Gold, starring Neil Young, and the recent Hasbro-produced feature, Jem And The Holograms. He has also consulted on the lighting for 3D concert films for Dave Matthews, Phish, and Justin Bieber.

In addition to his television and live entertainment designs, Jeff has also designed for permanent installations such as the lighting systems for the Microsoft LA Live Theater and Best Buy Times Square Theater as well as for TV newsrooms, theme park attractions, and retail establishments.

Jeff is a popular lecturer in the U.S. and abroad, and has participated in numerous panel discussions and master classes on the creative and technical aspects of the craft.

Jeff was named the Parnelli “Lighting Designer of the Year” and is an active member of the Television Academy, the International Cinematographers Guild/IATSE Local #600 (Director of Photography), the United Scenic Artists Local #829, and the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America. He is a graduate of Northwestern University’s theatre department and is a founding partner of design firm Intensity Advisors, LLC, whose mission is to provide clients with an efficient and creative design process.

Patrice Guy
Pyrotechnician & Drone Swarms

Patrice Guy is a 33-year veteran of the international Pyrotechnics industry. He is the Co-owner and Director of Platinum Fireworks Inc. and is the former Vice-chairman of the Canadian Pyrotechnic Council, His specialty is in Pyromusical Design and Show Production.

Most recently, Patrice served as the Technical Director of the 2017 and 2018 Philippines International Pyromusical Competition. He has worked with Ocean Park, Sea World, Hong Kong Disneyland, the Shanghai Special Olympics, and the Asian Games.

His work twice set the Guinness World Record: as designer and technical director of the 84th birthday of His Highness the King of Thailand in 2011, and as producer of the largest fireworks show ever in 2017.

David Handelsman
Hospitality Consultant

F & B specialist David Handelman is the Director of Pool and Beach Relations at the upscale Miami Beach hotels Nobu and Eden Roc, where he oversees a 4-resort pool guest capacity of 500, and manages a staff of 70.

His experience includes Food and Beverage Manager for City of Dreams Manila, where he oversaw 7 F & B operations and managed a staff of 300.

Enis Kola
Operations & Strategy Consultant

With over a dozen years in the hospitality industry, Enis Kola is a logistics and project management expert who has overseen day-to-day and special operations in Las Vegas hotels, bars, casinos and resorts including the Marquee Day Club and Night Club for the Tao Group and Tiger Resort, before becoming the Executive Director for Entertainment for resort giant Okada Manila.

Gert Noordzy

Gert Noordzy, MBA, is an international hotelier, acknowledged hotel opening process maven and Organizational Project Management expert for the hospitality industry. He has over 20 years of professional experience in Greater China and South East Asia and has been involved in opening over 30 new hotels and 3 integrated resorts.

For 15 years, Gert worked for 3 of the global top 5 hotel companies. He has held corporate roles specializing in hotel openings and project management since 2006. In these position, Gert led by setting strategies, direction and purpose, followed by scaling up the organizational capabilities in execution and transfer into operation.

His forward thinking approach to opening new properties, facilitated ‘on time, on brand, on budget, on customer’ openings, ultimately optimizing a property’s value and increasing investment returns.

Francesca Descalzo

Francesca is a passionate and innovative individual with never-ending curiosity about brands and how they shape our world. Having been exposed to a variety of specific industries and various markets in the US and in Southeast Asia, her expertise revolves around Brand Strategy and Management, Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing, as well as heading Digital marketing initiatives.

Before joining ExtraPro Entertainment, she was the Senior Entertainment Marketing Manager for South East Asia’s biggest and grandest nightclub and beachclub, Cove Manila.

The excitement and challenge of taking clients’ visions and turning them into reality keeps her passion alive and is translated in her dedication to achieve goals through her pragmatic and strategic approach to brand building.

Francesco Cavalli

Francesco Cavalli is proud to be an strong Italian native who has been living in Asia for almost a decade. Definitely a character wherever he goes, he always brings his knowledge, Italian style and culture, with all its combined simplicity and elegance.

Francesco has a Masters Degree in Architecture and Construction with a final thesis developed between the Venice University and Bucharest, Romania. Following his Masters, he pursued a specialization in Construction from the Alvar Aalto University, Helsinki Finland.

Francesco brings with himself 8 years of experience in Architecture and Project Management within the markets of Australia, Japan, Philippines and Central Asia. He has been working in Resort Hotel and Casino projects practicing both architecture and project management services. He is currently providing consultancy services as the head of Design and Quality Control Services.

Francesco is a “get things done” kind of guy who doesn’t take excuses in achieving his clients expectations.
